Commute Club (for individuals agreeing not to drive alone to work)
- Up to $300/year in Clean Air Cash or Carpool Credit
- Reserved parking spaces for all carpools/vanpools
- Complimentary daily parking passes for carpoolers

Marguerite Shuttle
- Free, comprehensive campus shuttle system, open to the public

Eco Pass/Go Pass
- Free use of VTA buses and light rail, Dumbarton Express, Highway 17 Express, Monterey-San Jose Express, and Caltrain by eligible Stanford employees
Line U Stanford Express
- Free use of East Bay express bus that connects BART and ACE train to Stanford
Altamont Commuter Express (ACE)
- Faculty, staff, and students receive a 50-percent discount on ACE train monthly passes or 20-trip tickets
Bicycle Program
- Bicycle registration
- Free bike rental and folding-bike promotion (limited time and restrictions apply)
- Complimentary Mid-Peninsula Bike Map, as well as city and county bike maps

The free Stanford Marguerite Shuttle connects the Stanford campus with transit and neighboring communities.
There are more than 2,000 Zimride users at Stanford. Find a daily carpool or share a one-time trip through Zimride and/or Stanford's 511 Ridematching Service.
Enterprise Rent-A-Car on campus offers discounted rates for Stanford affiliates, free hourly rental vouchers for Commute Club members, and rental services for students age 18 and older.
If you use alternative transportation instead of driving alone to Stanford, we'll reward you with cash and car rental incentives.
Zipcar is a car sharing program with more than 30 Zipcars at Stanford available 24/7. Join for $35 and receive $35 in driving credit as a Stanford affiliate.
Register your bike: It's the law, and it's your only hope to recover your bike if its stolen. Plus, receive a free rear reflector and pant leg band when you register.
More than 650 riders participated in Bike to Work Day 2009, resulting in an estimated savings of nearly 2,000 pounds of CO2.
